I bought 2 seats on 4/21/10 to get a show which was ended. The amt of $24.04 was returned in my experience. I also bought 2 seats on 4/21/10 for that same show, the amount was $28.54 and after numerous demands to get a reimbursement for this quantity, I've been completely overlooked, no telephone call haven't been delivered. I'll never use Etix again due to the completely awful support I've obtained from their website.
