Merchantila continues to be the toughest customer support encounter I've actually experienced. First, their site promoted a desk & seat collection as "in-stock". However after 7 days of waiting we just rec'd a desk and was informed "the seats were being shipped seperately". Which was a lie. Per week later we were ultimately informed the seats were stopped and they couldn't get US-them. I had been mad in the proven fact that: 1) they promoted the collection was "in-stock" and 2) they'd just deliver the desk understanding they'd no seats! We've attempted several phone to merchantilar attempting to return the desk. Nevertheless, we've not obtained an answer from merchantila and our calls visit individuals who state "they could not support me". Reading opinions below, I'm not by yourself.
