Purchased two whole-cost Top Class Seats on British Airways on 8/13/09, billed to my AMEX Card.

Terminated the journey about a month later (9/9/09), delivered the seats to British Airways.

British Airways stated they refunded the seats on 9/28/09, delivered a duplicate of the "digital solution report" showing the seats have been refunded (no quantity however), and repeatedly informed my travel broker and that I the seats were completely-returned. Nothing has appeared on my AMEX consideration since (it is today 10/9/09).

British Airways will not react to FAX'es, phone calls (you CAn't contact their "refund division"), and will not provide a duplicate of the things they posted to AMEX to approach the reimbursement/credit.

It Is apparent they never posted something to AMEX. This really is only deliberate misrepresentation and scam.

Their "customer support" is non existent as well as their arrogance is incredible. Being friendly gets you nowhere with one of these schmucks and being unpleasant gets you similarly nowhere.

We recorded grievances against BA with this Condition's Attorney-General, the Division of Transport, and also the Flight Reporting Corporation (who functions their seats/funds in america). Next end is Little Claims Court - for that agreement problems of $1,844, plus tort problems of $25,000 due to their scam, misunderstanding, transformation, and deceit.
