Sears is a no-show. Don't pay for a service contract with them!!! They tell you the address they confirmed to service your appointment is not on file and your appointment is cancelled. This isn't the first time. They stink - Service center call people don't speak clearly, their phone system is lousy. They only know how to say they understand!!!
They only know how to bill for service contracts that they cannot fulfill because its a sham. They are inept!!!
