I requested a power hearth from Frankis, to become shipped that was required, wouldn't let me get this item. Found my home broken, door was distorted. Talking with their deliverymen was challenging, particularly given that they talked little Language. They set me touching their "Customer Support" division, they desired to deliver a restoration guy to repair, I told them I needed a brand new item, the doorway was faulty. After discussing at size, they decided to deliver me a brand new one. About the following Saturday, shipping was planned for 8:56AM to 11:56AM. At 7:30AM a note is left on my telephone seeking an early on shipping, please call-back in fifteen minutes if that is ok. At 7:32AM these were at my doorway using the INCORRECT ITEM. After I named their CUSTOMER SUPPORT division, they'd no report of my shipping for that evening. I visited the shop in Farmingdale and was guaranteed from the store-manager Ilan Amouyal the next shipping could be good. On Wednesday, the shipping was planned for first-stop, 7:30AM roughly. At 7:40AM I get a phone from CUSTOMER SUPPORT the shipping guy is buzzing my bell, no solution. I'm house, examine the doorway, no vehicle. No body about the telephone anymore either. 5 minutes later the shipping guy calls, is likely to be by you in half an hour, never at my house earlier. Calls to CUSTOMER SUPPORT that day never delivered, placed on store for 25 minutes. Furniture comes, and you know what, both gates about the item are faulty. I declined the item, visited the shop and talked to supervisor "W" Randy Singh. He also guaranteed an answer by that night or even the next day. However no-return telephone call. Visited the shop on Sunday and talked to Ilan who acknowledged me back 30% of purchase, I required the shipping cost to become waived, wouldn't. Provided gift-cards, never received them. Toughest furniture, CUSTOMER SUPPORT, AND SUPERVISION group. Frank's Discount Furniture appears to be Frankis Crap Furniture instead!
