I requested a-5 piece room collection. The deliverymen place it together outside about the cement before my garbagecan. They did not actually set them about the carboard boxes simply because they were attempting to capture the trash pickup. Consequently, 2 of the items were crawled and also the varnish was eliminated. The dresser had a top item that sprang off the monitor and did not place flush aside. I requested 3 new items plus they delivered exactly the same shipping men and also the torso of drawers was incorrectly never subjected to therefore no dresser. They offered me five minutes in a dim corridor to look at it. There have been 2 damaged drawers. They got out 2 drawers in the previous bureau to set up a brand new one and quit items of damaged plastic and screws on my hall. I expected them to choose them up, however they left them there. I also requested them to get the garbage they left thrown across my top garden that they begrudgingly did. I had been guaranteed fresh deliverymen which the items could be examined in the factory. Nowadays, SAME shipping men plus they explained the items were never examined. One-man adopted me to my room where he started yelling at me concerning the dresser. He explained, "All Bobs items are shipped in this way. You are better-off obtaining a technology out below to repair it." When they looked over the items he explained these were equally damaged privately which he was not actually likely to bother getting them off the vehicle. Then he required OUR telephone to contact his boss, was on-hold for 5-10 mins standing in my own entrance. Lastly I'd to consult him to depart my home. Bobs customer support claims there's nothing they are able to do to accelerate shipping. They are likely to deliver fresh items in another week. It's been over per month and that I still do not have furniture. Customer support does not care plus they wont "examine payment" before you consider shipping. They inform me my reimbursement won't contain tax or shipping. Yeah right. This location is just a rip-off and they'll provide you broken furniture. Don't assume other things. They'll deliver unprofessional deliverymen who'll shout at you, harm your furniture, ruin your house... Customer support can make your lifetime a headache and cause you to delay 14 days for brand new items. DO NOT BUY-HERE!!! Invest the additional cash and obtain a great furniture collection.
