I'll never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever purchase from bobs furniture ever again. The client support is horrible, noone there understands just how to return a telephone call or routine a shipping, they do not actually understand how to place an order. I've seated about the telephone on-hold three times, once for 57 units, once for 40 minutes and when for an hour or so along with waiting 3 hours within the shop for that purchase to be prepared. Each and every item that I requested from Frankis was broken therefore after awaiting an time on-hold, they sent anyone to support the furniture. After somebody found consider the furniture, they ostensibly covered-up the scores with color and explained these were likely to change the headboard. Again, no body actually named to inform me when my components were likely to be changed. Today its 1/25 your day my mattress was said to be shipped and surprise shock, no bed. Again after awaiting a half time about the telephone, they inform me the order was presently positioned with no shipping target was not mounted on the purchase, again, no body named. I'm presently about the telephone with frankis ON-HOLD, AGAIN to reimbursement and get all my furniture. It's formally my entire lifeis objective to ruin bobs furniture title.
