Our purchase from Mor Furniture hasbeen an incredibly poor knowledge. After I strolled in to the shop no body welcomed me or agreed to assist, I'd to request support. While my product was shipped it had been faulty. The shipping men sent it at 6:45 pm after customer support was eliminated for that evening and quit before I popped the drawers of it stand and found these were damaged. I went out towards the vehicle to prevent them-and tell them concerning the issue, however they went away. I quit a note for customer support, but didn't get a return ask Friday. I visited the store to come back the faulty product, however they can’t assist in the shop. I named Customer Support and was informed the manger was also busy to assist me that evening and also to call Thursday. I quit a note but again didn't get a return phone. I named “Customer Service” again, plus they stated a technology couldnot come until next Friday, and he couldnot assure he could repair the problem. The technology named me on Friday and stated that somebody had created a scheduled appointment for me personally but Customer Support didn't advise me of it. Therefore the technology arrived the next Wednesday and established the product was faulty. I named customer support again and quit a note to get a supervisor, but after no-return telephone call, I returned towards the shop so that they sent the manager to obtain him to call me.By Friday, I still hadn't obtained a telephone call. The technology didn't create any remarks concerning the faulty product so that they weren't likely to do something. I named customer support again plus they ultimately stated they might trade it, but I'd need to wait until a few weeks. The client support I've obtained is woefully insufficient and also the product from Mor continues to be faulty. I have to return this faulty product, however the bad customer support I've obtained has created this issue excessively hard to solve. I'll never purchase something from Mor Furniture again and so I may steer clear of the trouble and complications.
