May 1st boost mobile ended all nextel towers in MN, at this point they are offering either a free replacement phone or 30% off a new phone. Saddly i just bought my *new* phone 3 weeks before they started this operation. So they notified me of this and offered me a 29.99 phone for my 70.00 phone. I declined that offer after they sent me that phone it came with a busted screen and no battery or charger. (how am i going to use it?) so i called back and they said i have to "just deal with it" very unprofessional, also i called them today 5 yes 5 times and guess what? Yes they hung up on me all 5 times.
I would like to join a class action lawsuit against them and show then that no matter how big you are the customers ALWAYS MATTER!!! I will be calling them again tonight to re-attempt to get this issue fixed for the last time its been a month and my current cell phone is dropping calls has no signal at all and doesnt get textmessages like it should also cant even surf the web and i have to pay for this? Whos with me to start a class action lawsuit?
