Ripoff... Universal inkjet refill kit... WallMart

I purchased the Universal inkjet refill kit from Wall-Mart. I ordered the re-setter chip. I sent them a check for item and S&H. I have called 5 times and still have not received my product. Each time I call I get a different story. It has been almost 3 months and still nothing. I tried their E-Mail add it didn't go thru. Msg said invalid add.
