On March 12th I placed an order via telephone for $67.41 worth of ink cartridges - with promise from company - 123INKJETS, of UPS 2-day ground service delivery. I waited and waited, but nothing arrived. I called numerous times inquiring "why no ink?" Finally, I purchased the ink elsewhere.
I called on March 21st requesting a refund since I received nothing. I was told I needed to wait and when the ink arrived, I could return it. I received a "Return Authorization, (RA# 171259-29001) via email. But, how can I return something I had not received.
On March 28th (16 days later), it finally arrived. I slapped the "Return label" onto the "unopened" package and mailed it via USPS "Package Tracking - Delivery Signature Required" from the Post Office. It arrived at their postal acceptance site on March 31st. But, 123INKJETS refused to accept and sign for the package.
Today is April 24th and the package still sits at their "postal acceptance center" awaiting their signature.
Yesterday I received and email from 123INKJETS sales representative Coleman Taylor saying:
"... Because according to our information we received back the product from you on April 3. Now, it can take up to 21 business days for any refund to actually process and I have yet to see that your RA has been completed. However, this doesn't mean the refund won't be processed, it just means that it hasn't yet..."
Now let's examine this -
123INKJETS has held my money for 44 days and they want me to wait an additional 21 days.
123INKJETS also claims I do not have a "Return Authorization." and that is the cause for my refund delay. (But of course, I do)
123INKJETS may not have intended to defraud me out of my $67.41. But they have.
More important for you the reader is:
123INKJETS is either a "Scam Operation, or so "Incompetently Run, " it's not worth the risk attempting to do business with them.
