I ordered ontel miracle socks..{i} week ago, called them inquiring order status, was informed my order was in back stock{in other words, they took my order without having the product in stock. I was not contacted via {e} mail... Then {2}days later was called by ontel informing me that my order was in back log and would arrive in approximately 2-3 weeks...
Then in a very rude, obnoxious manner then person representing ontel proceeded to pressure me into subscribing to magazines, after i repeatedly declined he, to my shock, told me i... Was being argumentive... My jaw dropped and my temperature rose i asked his name he hung the phone up... I m in the buisness of customer service, this kind of behavior is inexcusable... I ll never purchase anything from this company again and shall advise others to avoid this company... Like a plague!!!
