My complaint is the ninety days warranty offered for the Swivel Sweeper G2. After five months use, one Swivel Sweeper did not turned on and the second Swivel Sweeper has a weak suction.
The warranty should be more than ninety days. I paid $74.86 (including shipping and handling) for a product that expired five months later. Ontel is aware of the Swivel Sweeper G2 life and this is why the ninety days warranty. It should have at least one year warranty especially for a product that is used daily. Can Ontel get away with this 90 days warranty? Can something be done about this 90 day warranty?
