I ordered an ATT Wireless GoPhone via their toll-free number. I was told that there would be no shipping charge. When I received the phone I discovered that they charged $9.95 to my credit card for shipping. I called ATT Wireless and asked for a credit on my charge card and was told that all they could do was give me minutes on my GoPhone account. I paid them with MONEY, but they refunded me MINUTES. When I complained that they had no right charging my credit card for more than the authorized amount they told me that they don't have any way to issue refunds. All they can do is give minutes.
