I am tired of the run around and the wasted cell time i have. Over 5 hours. I have done all the things dell techs. Told me to do and still they will not stand up to the warrenty. All i ask for was a repaire man to come to my house i belive it is the hard drive from day one it hasnt worked right it runs so slow and sometimes i cant get to get to the internet, or the cd drawer will not open.in programs the cd driver is uninstalled by itself. Can anyone help me or tell me who can thank you.
