My motherboard went on Monday night, 23 February. I called customer service to try and get something done about this and they told me I had to pay $49.00 plus tax and they they would go thru with what ever they do. But no they told me after my warrenty expires my computer is not worth the money I paid for it. I will tell everyone I know that is evern thinking about ordering from Dell that this is a very bad mistake. What else can i say about them ripping you off like they are doing..
