Dell XPS 430—hard drive failure in less than two months. Only 30 days coverage by Best Buy. Dell is replacing hard drive. I am very disappointed that the drive failed and also that the technical information included with the system is scanty with not even a motherboard layout. The speakers that came with the PC were DOA as well. I did not ask for new ones, but simply used the ones I had as I didn't want the hassle—but now the hassle anyway, due to the hard drive failure. I have bought often from Best Buy in the past but now will not trust their merchandise. I'm not asking for help, simply lodging a complaint.
