Took my laptop to best Buy in Princeton Nj for diagnostics. Was told that it needed a new hardware and expenses were as follows: $70 for diagnostics, $110 for parts, $100 for labor and $120 for backing up files. I decided not to fix it and took it to an IT guy friend of my cousin. This guy fixed my laptop, no hardware replacement, backed up my files for a total of $60. Conclusion? The Geek squad rips you off. The just want your money, no customer service.
