Mis-picked, no help, nobody cares

Not only will I not ever order from them again, I can honestly say I would not take a freebie from them. They would somehow fk that up.

I ordered a factory-refurbished PC from them. It arrived with the wrong power adapter. They made me jump through several hoops then I called the manufacturer direct to learn more. They referred me back to the refurbisher (ecost said it was factory refurbished, but in fact it wasn't). The refurbisher they use would not help me so I ended up with ecost who then insisted I go through tech support. I don't need tech support to confirm for me a square peg doesn't fit in a round hole! An agent in tech support said he would get everything straightened out but has stopped responding. I called for an RMA and they said I would get one "in a few hours" but it has been three days. Nothing. So I have a dead PC, no help, less money and high blood pressure. The agent that assured me I would have a replacement yesterday is AWOL. I will complain to the CA Attorney General, The Federal Trade Commission and write as many honest evaluations on the web as I can.
