On 3/12 I was turning my daughter's cell into Black Tie. A man approached the counter, never introducing himself& no name tag. He asked some questions and then he told me he was not accepting the phone. He said he was the manager after I asked to speak to a higher power, he also said he was the only power in the store. I later found out a G.M. As well as a store manager was present and refused to speak to me based on the speaking of the employee. I have never been to terribly treated in a public forum. To this day a person representing this company has yet to contact me. I will never go to this location again. Tinley Park, Il.
