Today, August 8 I took my Iphone 4S into the Geek Squad at the Manalapn, NJ location to be serviced. This Iphone was a refurbished phone I recieved from them last week and the speaker on the phone did not work. The Geek Squad employee waiting on me toda, named Nicole, was extremely rude and degrading when I asked any questions regarding delivery of the new phone.in addition I asked how they checked to see if the new phone worked properly and she said they are certified and when I reminded her I only got this phone last week and the speaker didn't work she basically said not to worry about it. She also was not clear about what type of loaner phone I would have until my phone could be replaced again. She asked if our Iphone information was backed up on our home computer and when we said yes she erased my contact information from my phone, however did not tell us she would not be loaning us another Iphone therefore I am unable to get any of my contact information. When I questioned her about this she was very rude so I asked to talk to her manager. Based on my experience at the Manalapan, NJ Best Buy I wanted to make a formal written complaint but her manager told me he knows how to speak with his employees. I highly doubt anything will be done about the way this Geek Squad employee treats cutomers!
