After seeing advertising on national TV, went to website ordered. Product came, followed instructions, went to website for "live chat" for over 4 hours, no avail. Told them to cancel this order and then they said I needed the plus, which sometimes people need the plus because the standard does not work. OK, I bit and ordered the plus.
Same thing all over again, when my credit card bill came, I found a number! The number only has a looped recording and refers you to their website for "Live help". Not! Called my credit card company and disputed the charge. They were not surprised when they heard the company. I also have 10 pages of "live chat".
I facebooked everyone I know, and was told guess what? They could not get it to work either. Thank you
