I ordered online a treats basket for my sister b-day 2 weeks ago. Less than 24 hours before the delivery time scheduled, I received a call saying that I would need to pay extra 65 dollars to get that delivered! Not 5,10 20... sixty five!!! Twice the price I have paid for the basket including the 10 dollars for delivery. I said NO!
Since then, I have been trying to reach your phone numbers 888-912-5666 and your head office since yesterday to return your call and I neither reached anyone nor got a call back after leaving so many voice messages.
Last time I got into the website's live chat, I was told that my case was being investigated and I would hear back by e-mail. Never got anything. Went back to the live chat after a while and Nicole finished the chat without saying anything, 4 minutes after I gave her the order number. I tried to get into the live chat again and it says that I am black listed. So I was never able to get into to the chat again.
