I read the advertisement saying 10 minute delivery, and live chat. I thought ok, it's legit. So I made my order, entered live chat, and 2 hours later was told their supplier was not online and that I would receive an email when they were. So 8 hours later, I check back. No email, so I entered back into live chat, and everything that was said to me was Word for Word exactly like the first time. They even wanted pictures of my credit card and my ID to verify that it was my name on them. After speaking with live chat that evening, I realized that it was set up to respond with a preset script to key words. There was no live chat. I began demanding a refund, and was told that it would be done in 12 hours. Well almost 3 days later, still nothing. They run the pay pal through UFOGOLDS INT'L NETWORK SALES CO LTD.
