Steam iron that doesn't work

Eceived the italsteam iron... Worked great for 3-4 times... Now doesn't work at all. When you look at the website it is shady... No address or phone number to call? Why would a mall allow something like this to be sold? We will see if they respond to our emails. From the looks it doesn't look too promising...
