False online advertising. On their website the company has advertised live chat with a person from 8am-midnight EST but I could not get a live person chat to address my "Line in Use" problem with the Magicjack Plus unit I bought from their website about 7 months ago. After filling in all the required information to initiate a live chat, the chat box was stuck with messages encouraged you to abandon the chat session to get a 48 hour reward and get a free replacement power adapter which I do not need. I just could not get help for their product at all. Because of no help issue for their product, I would not recommend you to buy and use Magicjack. It's just like taking your money for a bad product and runaway without a support.
