Never received shipment

I placed and order for a 14 day trial offer of the Wu Yi tea on December 27. So I went to the website to check on the status of the order, giving them the benefit of the doubt due to the holidays. Of course you can only contact the company via "live chat" there is no customer service number listed to contact them. So I went along and talked with someone to try tracking my order.

I was given a different email to send my request to, which by the way was just a gmail account, so I proceeded to email them. About 3 days later I heard back and they said somehow the order never got to me, so they were going to express ship it to me ASAP. Well another week went by and nothing... So I went to the website again and chatted via "live chat" with someone again and was told I should have a tracking number from USP within 2-3 days.

Nothing... So I went to the "live chat" and canceled my order. They said I would receive a refund of my $6.00 that I paid to sign up for the free trial... But we shall see. All I have to say is if my credit card is charged for their monthly fee... I will be reporting them to the BBB. What a lousy company and lousy customer service.in this day and age, everyone is so hung up on technology, but sometimes look over the importance of being able to talk to a "real" person!
