On 11/2 I purchased a Peek9 device ($69.99) with 2 months service ($29.99, Total after tax $96.90) I got my new Peek device in NON WORKING condition, I tried to contact Peek costumer service, but the costumer support phone line IS DOWN, the live chat DONT WORK, the only way to contact them is to submit a ticket, I did that 7 WEEKS AGO and there is NO RESPONSE from them, I can't even ship it back, because there is NO ONE TO TALK TO!!! And now on 1/1 they start billing my credit card monthly $19.95 for the service of the NON WORKING device...???
