I purchased email service through peek online november 4 for a device i had in my possession for $69.95. Multiple unsuccessful phone calls, emails and 3 weeks later i still had no service but when i found the owner (amol saarva) email i contacted him and was told my device was obsolete. He offered a new device (if i paid the shipping) and credit the money toward internet service.
On 12/1/10 i received my new device and guess what... It wouldnt connect either. Since that time i have called, left messages, emailed support requests (which i found out were closed without any resolution) and as of yet, i'm sitting on a $70 paperweight.
It is a total scam, and at this point whether or not i get satisfaction in immaterial. I'd just hate to see someone else give their hard earned money to these ripoffs.
