Purchased Samsung front loading washer and dryer several months ago. I have followed all instruction and guidelines, run all of the cycles and used all types of deodorizing products, detergents and fabric softeners, but my clothes never smell good.in fact, they often smell sour even if removed as soon as the washing cycle is completed. I think the product is defective.
