Magic jack= imo... The worst customer service
device is very cheap plastic.
No business phone.
No voice contact.
They have no business phone - all calls go overseas if you're lucky to talk with someone.
After 30 minutes waiting in queue the line disconnected.
I resorted to their 'live' online chat 'help' (Ha!) and got no help at all.
The device is very cheap plastic and breaks VERY EASILY. I requested a replacement. I figured since I paid them for 5 years service in advance their first month in business. Today the device broke - 1 year later. Their response - pay up more money-$9.95 and we'll ship you a new one.
I informed them anywhere in the 48 states shipping less then a pound is less then $5 priority mail. "You have to pay we wont ship for free."
Any decent customer service driven company would have just sent it off.
I know as I have done business with others that have replaced an item for free.
