My boyfriend originally got a Peek about a year ago and we both loved it.in June (maybe July) 2010 we purchased a year long subscription. Problems arose when we ordered a Peek9.
Peek began charging my credit card each moth $19.95 November. So, now I have three charges of $19.95 that I cannot get off my credit card. I filed two complaints with them through email and only got back a form response saying they were working on the problem. I left them countless voice mails that have not been returned. I referenced my ticket #30090 and everything.
Now my only option will be to cancel my card, which will mean I have to pay an extra $10 to get a new one. Peek is good for the service, but there customer service is literally the worst I've ever dealt with. Please do not buy this ONLY because their customer service is non existent.
