Back in October I purchased a Peek Mobile email device that was on clearance at Target. I signed up for the service and it was awful. It was slow and it downloaded emails that had already been cleared.in November, they took another $19.95 from my debit card, even though I had not signed up to have automatic payments. I complained to them and told them to stop. Toward the end of December I noticed another $19.95 charge from Peek so I complained againt and asked them to stop. Today I noticed that they again took $19.95, so in total they took $59.85 in fees for service I didn't want and didn't use. I'm finding it's next to impossible to cancel with these people. I am filing a FTC and BBB complaint and hope that will help stop them from ripping me off.
