Got a hotspot from company they told me i would be able to use it anywhere my cell phone had service, and the only place it will pick up service is my home area. Called their tech support and they swapped out device with another and it still didn't work but assured me since i called before the trial period they would make it right. Called today and they pretty much told me i was stuck with a device that didn't work from day 1. Now they expect me to pay a monthly bill even though i can't use the device. And i was told by an associate her name was samantha that if the hot spot didn't work i could get a modem in its place. Now they want 199.99 for a modem and refuse to credit me the 94.96 i payed for the defected device.
