I also am really dissatisfied with Sears. I bought a Kenmore fridge in August. The refrigerator was within the settlement area but I had been informed it was completely new which the prior customer determined from the purchase and delivered it. Actually all the packaging product was till about the device. After I obtained the refrigerator, the icemaker did not work. I named Sears and 6 support calls, atleast 12 hours about the telephone, 8 hours of missed function, 3 new icemakers, 1 primary circuit-board, and two broken fridge opportunities later I still did not have snow. Half-way through the procedure I attempted to switch the refrigerator for the same device, I used to be informed I'd need to spend one more $400 to obtain exactly the same completely new refrigerator I'd. As my 90-day return interval was approaching the finish, I named Sears to possess them go back. They arrived and got the refrigerator. 4 days later I named about my reimbursement and was informed it'll get 7-10 times to obtain my reimbursement which if it did not appear I'd have to visit the shop and also have a salesperson publish a support solution. For this reason I Sears has dropped my company, along side other people I will convince.
