The door handle fell off on my Kenmore refrigerator that I bought from Sears. The manual doesn't explain how to remove the handle so that it can be fixed. I arranged a Sears repair visit, and the technician charged $127 for less than five minutes of work. All he had to do was to jam the door handle up off the holding flange. The charge should have been limited to the $75 service call.
