Dish Network just charged my credit card $220 for "unreturned equipment". My equipment was returned, in the box THEY SENT ME and signed for on 18 MAR. I called their "Executive Resolutions" department and after being told the "unreturned equipment" BS I informed them it was returned and gave them the tracking # and even the name of the person who signed for it.
They "researched" the issue and after an hour on the phone they finally did ascertain that the they were in error and would gladly refund the charge... in 3-5 business days!!!
I am not a wealthy man nor can I afford to be without $220 for 3-5 business days. Hopefully I can pursue legal action against these thieves!
