Today ur tech was to show up and repair my mower, he called me and was gone after I answered after the 3rd ring. I called him backasap, no answer! I look out my garage window and seeing turning around in mu neighbors driveway! Again, I try calling, no answer, voice mail, I say I'm home, I'm home... I call Sears cust. Service and the girl says he had called in and said he couldn't find my house! I saw him in his Sears white van w/Sears on the side! No GPS // Now I have to wait another 2&1/2 weeks for someone to come back. I have already waited 10 days thus far! Totally unacceptable... I'm sure there is someone looking for a job out there that is willing to work and give you " SEARS " a better value! You have forever lost me as customer and anyone I can convince to never buy from sears again! Randy G.
