Sears had new mower 3 1/2 of 5 months I owed. Sent for warranty repair 4 times for same problem. Never fixed. On last attempt, Sears LOST MOWER. No one talkes responsibility. Only finger pointing at others. No compensation. Left to void purchase through Credit Card company and write to CEO. Hope Sears CEO at least cares about quality, no one else does.
