I placed a order through Sears.com April 13th. I got a emailing confirming shipment. On April 20th I tried to track it but was unable to so I called Sears. They showed the tracking as incorrect and told me to call Hester Entertainment at 912-687-4926. The message was the Next tel number is not accepting calls at this time. I called Sears back and was given a email address of [email protected] there has been no responce. I called Sears back a third time and they have started a communication record and I have been told that if there is no responce within 48 hours they will refund me my money. It took 3 calls before Sears tried to help. They places all communication on me until then. We have to take care when ordering from large companies who allow third party sellers to sell from their site. It is very miss leading.
