After calling Sears and getting a repair date (9/1) and time 10 days ago to fix my still under warranty riding lawn mower... Today the tech calls, i answered it after the 3rd ring but he had already hung up! I call him back asap and still no answer, voice mail, I tell him I'm home, I'm Home. As I'm looking out of my garage window, I see him backing out of my neighbor's driveway, again I'm calling him. No answer.By the time I get to the driveway, I see him going down the street, I keep calling him... I go inside and call sears service line asap and get a girl on the phone. I tell her what happened, she calls his dispatcher, again, he don't answer. She tells me that he called in and said he couldn't find my house! I told her I saw the "Sears" truck right in front my house. I ask, what no GPS, do they not even knock on your door anymore! We have two cars that were in the driveway, surly one would think someone's home. Huh? Now she tells me that I have to wait till the 16th for a return trip to fix my mower! Totally unacceptable in this day and age of joblessness and stiff compotition. I will "NEVER" buy a thing from sears agan EVER! I hope someone of importance see this and is willing to make a difference...
