Requested a Shark Navigator Lift-Away Vacuum on Jan 4 after viewing infomercial. Taken care of purchase by charge card & paid additional for speed delivery. Call-centre broker assured me 5-6 day shipping. On Jan 10th, I named to monitor purchase. They'd the incorrect expiration day for my charge card therefore it wasn't delivered. They'd both my mail & tel. Quantity, but didn't contact me. I provided proper expiration day & broker established cost was authorized, showing me purchase could be hurry delivered. On Jan 11th, I obtained a contact saying these were sold-out (???) and back-requested. They offered equally an order number & back order quantity. Today is Jan 30th. I've named 4 more occasions & ultimately unearthed that they charged my D/D purchase never prepared the purchase, despite the fact that they supplied order number & backorder quantity. Call-centre offered me their HQ quantity, but HQ is shut because they are within the east. Our buddies recommend the Shark Navigator, but obtaining shipping is just a struggle.
