Requested on 4/21 with shipping day of 4/26 but no shipping by 4/28, and so I named customer support to discover why purchase was never shipped and yet FTD charged my charge card despite the fact that product was never delivered. They apologized and stated they'd reship which the purchase ought to be shipped by 5/5 but nonetheless no shipping as of 5/7. And so I named again simply to discover that they nevertheless hadn't yet delivered my purchase. I'd enough and so I requested to get a return. Is not it illegal in order for them to cost my charge card without delivery item? The truth that I had been never actually informed that my neither of my purchases were not delivered truly unhappy me since my mom wound up not getting something from me for Mothers Day. I'll NEVER purchase from FTD again.
