This is actually the precise mail that I delivered to “The Firm” when it comes to my trouble in obtaining a reimbursement from their website. Nowadays, Feb. 14th, I obtained 2 emails from you. The very first declaring I'd obtain a reimbursement in 10-15 business days. The 2nd claims that I'll get a complete credit (less delivery and handling) when the purchase is obtained back in the factory.
