No customer service. Also, every time we try and connect to the internet it requires a minimum of 2 hours on the phone to get the problem straightened out. Now a holiday weekend and they have NO support. This is a total waste of money. The company over charges on fees and DOES NOT provide services paid for. I would change but due to the FCC we cannot change companies. The government is the biggest rip off artist of all.
