I've read most of the reviews and I agree (as of 2/12), I've been a windstream victim for five months now. There are no other options here other than a local over priced service. Customer service at Windstream is horrible. They are not rude, they just have no solutions.internet goes out every Sunday night for about 5 hours, and I'm told that there is no problem or they aren't seeing it. My job has a windstream connection and has the same problem also. They advertise cable internet aaannnndd I'm stuck with DSL, because that's all they offer. GOOD LUCK, stay away from this company if you can. I hope they go out of business personally. I also forgot they call my house with a constant barage of "special offers"!"I'm already your customer, stop bothering me"!
