I received a letter that my card was closed for a delinquent credit obligation. I pulled my Equifax report and there was none. I called credit manangement and they were very snide and told me I would have to go to the store and reapply, even if it was their mistake. I offered to fax them the report and they said they would not reconsider. So, they closed it for no reason. I see others have this same problem for the same reason. Is this behavior that they think will earn them loyal customers. I dealt with Citibank, who has horrible customer service. I would love to know why Home Depot allows their customers to be treated like this.
