Got new Sanyo phones thru Sprint. Went on vacation 2 months later, took charger-it stopped working. Stopped in a Sprint store, they told me to buy another charger, couldn't/wouldn't replace it. Did so. Sprint made good on the cost of the new charger purchased. Decided to return the defective charger to Sanyo. Turns out it's a Koyocera phone. They instructed me to return it to First Wirless Group for exchange/repair. Did so back in July. Have never heard from them again. After repeated e-mails=that elicited no response, I give up. All I can say is this company [Kyocera, First Wirless Group, mscpi.com] have no intention of doing anything for the customer. So if yu have a choice-DON'T-buy a Sanyo/Kyocera product, for you won't get any service if you need it.
