Sprint and the defective Kyocera Echo - Kyocera Echo

I have a kyocera echo. The phone was discontinued after just 5 months. I am on my THIRD phone, it tried to download an update from Sprint and then stops working, and they wont even give me credit on my bill while the phone is not working or at a repair facility. The customer service reps know NOTHING, and place you on hold or tell you"I understand your concern" I have contacted the BBB, and I will just pay the early cancellation rather than keep paying for a phone that rarely works. I just got yet another replacement phone on Oct 15th, and on the 20th, this one stopped working as well. They KNOW theres an issue with this phone, yet the refuse to do anything about it. Stay away from Sprint, I wish I had known how lousy they are, and how little they care about the customers they have. I guess they figure, "Go... Theres always another sucker to replace you". Dont be that sucker!
