Called SANYO Wireless Warranty for Sprint at the request of Sprint for repairs on a Katana cell phone. Phone was purchase 5/13/07 and stopped working a few months later. The SANYO representative refused to help me and I requested to speak to manager she told me, "none was available only supervisors". I then requested to speak a supervisor and they were busy as well. The SANYO representative told me that a supervisor will not assist me as well due to the date the phone was purchased. I will never purchase another SANYO product and I will inform all my family, friends and military co-workers about how I was treated while using SANYO Wireless Warranty for Sprint provided by KYOCERA SANYO Telecom, Inc.
